These terms apply to your use of Abhyas Buddy (abhyasbuddy.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
Abhyas Buddy is a free study website with notes, practice questions, tests, a report card and English vocabulary for students preparing for competitive exams. We may add, change or remove features, or pause the site, at any time and without notice.
2. No account; your data on your device
You do not need an account. Your name, settings and progress are saved only in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device; we cannot recover progress that is lost when browser data is cleared or a device is changed.
3. For study only — no guarantee
- The content is for learning and practice. We work hard to keep questions, answers, explanations and meanings correct, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, please tell us.
- Abhyas Buddy is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to MPSC, UPSC or any government body or exam conductor. For exam dates, syllabus, notifications and results, always rely on the official websites.
- Scores, report cards and remarks are practice tools. They do not predict or guarantee any result in a real exam.
4. Our content
The notes, questions, explanations, translations, word lists, tests, design and code of Abhyas Buddy are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Questions from past exam papers belong to the bodies that set them; our selection, arrangement, explanations and translations are ours.
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial study, and share links to its pages. You may not copy, download in bulk, republish, sell, or make other products from its content — on another website, app, book, PDF, video or channel — without our written permission.
5. Fair use of the site
When using Abhyas Buddy, you agree not to:
- use bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated means to access, collect or download content (search engines indexing our public pages as our robots.txt allows are welcome);
- send so many requests that the site slows down or stops for others, or try to break, probe or get around its security;
- copy or frame the site, or present its content as your own;
- click ads deliberately or in bulk, or make others do so;
- use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Ads, analytics and other websites
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Ads and links may lead to other websites. We do not control or endorse them, and anything you do with an advertiser or another website is between you and them.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Abhyas Buddy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including exam results, decisions made on the basis of its content, or progress lost from your device.
8. Changes, law and contact
